Making your guest list as short and concise as possible will help you in cutting the costs of your wedding. Think about it—the more guests you have, the more invites you have to print out, food to order, drinks to serve, centerpieces to arrange, and souvenirs to customize.
Here’s a good tip to help you decide how many guests to invite on your wedding day: avoid inviting more people than you can spend a minute of your time with during the reception. Small, intimate weddings are in, and it will also make it easier for you to book venues, because you won’t be requiring a big space, which often costs more.
