The Alfred Everitt Playing Field, Millbrook Village, Bedfordshire

This is a new set of posts which I am going to add to as and when I have a moment to document any decent play parks which I find to go to with the boys, I will give all the basic info on the park and it’s location on google maps. Please do let me know if you have any parks which you’d recommend to try out. It was one of my favourite things to do as a kid ? and it’s free! ? So I want to take the boys to as many parks as possible.

Equipment : Assault course, Baby Swing (x2), Climbing Frame with fireman’s pole, climbing ropes, bridges, tunnel, and slide, playing field and large swings on the other side of the playing field, all well maintained and clean with easy access, and lots of lovely trees.

Access: Via the village hall and up the grass verge, fine with buggies. There also seemed to be another gate from the main road but I didn’t try this one.

Toilets (changing facilities) : n/a

Picnic Facilities: Picnic Bench Table, Bin and lots of lovely dappled shade spots to put out a rug

Parking: Free at the village hall

Star rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
