This month we were gifted a couple of these really cute Peppa Grow & Play Pots from Wire PR. It is a very fond memory of mine from my own childhood learning about gardening and creating some mini gardens, thanks to a bit of an addiction to Blue Peter…
Which looking back now seems a far simpler life! And goodness we were easily satisfied!
So this is mini gardening for a new generation of little green fingers, and I love the idea of engaging kids using some of their favourite characters to make little gardens to grow their imaginations and to learn about growing from seed too.
Being outdoors is great for children. As well as the fact kids love the great outdoors, the fresh air works wonders for them, and outdoor activities keep them active.
Gardening offers so many fun and interesting opportunities for children, and teaches them invaluable lessons.
They can learn about the different species of plants and what those plants need to help them grow. They also get to learn about the different seasons, weather and the affects they have on the plants.
It also offers an opportunity to learn about different shapes and colours, and different animals and insects they might come across.
Now the warmer weather has arrived, what better way to spend your time than enjoying some gardening.

Such a fab review. I love the idea of these to get the children gardening and learning how to grow plants from seeds but all the while having fun with characters and toys they love. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much Eddie, I entirely agree. 🙂
